No cure for the common cold

Even though there isn't like,
A perpetual movement machine
That makes stuff move forever,
There's an inkling about it.
I guess I could use some cold fusion
Or anything else that would make me tick,
But that search's growing old.
Yeah, I wanted it, but there's
No such flavor of ice cream
And no cure for the common cold.
